- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and placement.
- Build relationships with candidates, understanding their experience, career goals, and motivations.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with our sales team and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates who fit the role and team.
- Stay organized, maintain an active candidate pipeline, and provide consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Bring initiative, accountability, and a team-first attitude to help shape the growth of Captivate Staffing Group.
