Operations Coordinator (Nights) - Location: On-site | Distribution Center Environment Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Join our team as an Operations Coordinator (Nights) supporting overnight distribution center operations. This role works on‑site within a fast‑paced warehouse environment, performing routine operational and administrative tasks to support accurate order processing, shipment preparation, and timely delivery. What You’ll Do Perform routine operational and administrative tasks to support nightly warehouse and distribution activities Reprint invoices and prepare cross‑dock packets to support outbound shipments Update GPS trackers and verify route closures to ensure delivery readiness Document out‑of‑environment product and assist with re‑ship processes as needed Research and enter quality discrepancies into tracking systems Prepare and seal trucks for departure in accordance with distribution procedures Complete required reports (e.g., Y6/Test Strip, re‑ship documentation) Provide administrative support to on‑site Operations leadership during the shift Collect and distribute warehouse communications, shift postings, and inter‑office documents What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent required 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, warehouse operations, or distribution environment preferred Ability to work on‑site in a distribution center setting, including overnight hours Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes Basic communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
