Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for a great work-life balance while still making a significant impact in the lives of the community. Our team members enjoy the flexibility of working within a schedule of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with options for either 4x10 or traditional 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients in school environments.
\n
• Conduct thorough interviews to collect and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related information for accurate assessment.
\n
• Evaluate and treat client issues in accordance with professional and ethical standards within your scope of practice.
\n
• Develop, coordinate, and implement programs and activities aimed at addressing the social and emotional challenges faced by clients.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral health interventions, enabling swift crisis resolution, and guide clients to appropriate community resources.
\n
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, ensuring that client goals are being met.
\n
• Document all services and client interactions accurately and adhere to established protocols for record-keeping.
\n
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that case documentation reflects the services provided promptly and accurately.
\n
• Engage in continual professional development and contribute to team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on supporting students and their families, engaging with diverse backgrounds and addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief, and trauma. The LCSW will play a critical role in advocating for social justice, inclusivity, and equitable access to mental health care for underserved populations in the Tucson area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current, active license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical social work or a related mental health field.
\n
• Proven experience in counseling, particularly in behavioral health challenges such as mood disorders, substance abuse, and family or marital issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within educational settings or with school-aged populations is highly preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools, as well as community resource networks in Tucson.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a lucrative base salary, we provide a supportive benefits package that includes:
