Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Gain exposure to a wide range of accounting and finance functions Cross-train in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and specialized financial systems Receive structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced accounting leaders Make a direct impact on daily operations and month-end financial processes Enjoy visibility and collaboration with executive leadership Work independently while receiving strong team support Opportunity for long-term career growth and potential permanent employment What You’ll Do As an AR Analyst , you’ll be responsible for supporting key accounts receivable and accounting functions, including: Manage and process high-volume customer invoicing activities Analyze invoicing workflows and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency Perform daily cash reconciliations and research discrepancies Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations Extract, organize, and analyze financial data from ERP and banking systems Prepare reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for accounting and financial reporting Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records Support collections and account resolution efforts as needed Serve as a backup resource for Accounts Payable and other accounting functions Partner with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency Qualifications Required Experience Experience utilizing Sage 100 in an accounting or finance environment Proven success managing high-volume invoicing processes Strong account reconciliation experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables Data analysis and manipulation Large dataset management Reporting and reconciliation support Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy Who This Role Is Perfect For This opportunity is ideal for an accounting or accounts receivable professional looking to leverage their analytical skills while expanding their exposure to broader accounting functions.
