Assistant General Manager

Job Description & Performance Expectations
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the
club to ensure members and prospects receive the highest quality of service and facilities. This is a full-time,
salaried exempt position.

HOURS
• Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Saturday or Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Hours can be changed and are dependent on the club's pacing to sales goals and community outreach events.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Sales, Revenue & Collections
• Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees
• Daily past due account collections and calls
• Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members

Leadership & Team Development
• Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff
• Coordinate and work with other departments, including Personal Training and Group Fitness
• Promote a professional and inviting environment that enhances the quality of service and care offered to
members

Operations, Administration & Compliance
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
• Assist with multiple aspects of inventory management, payroll, weekly bank deposits, shift coverage, and
general club maintenance
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
• Other duties as assigned

These duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
