Experienced Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator – Dental Office

Posh Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated, and confident Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the dental front office, is comfortable presenting treatment and financial options, follows up consistently with patients, and knows how important strong scheduling and communication are to a successful dental practice.

A minimum of 1 year of dental office experience is required. Applicants without dental experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Presenting dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Reviewing fees, insurance estimates, financing, and payment options with patients
• Following up with unscheduled treatment and helping patients move forward with recommended care
• Scheduling treatment while maintaining an organized and productive schedule
• Answering phones and providing excellent patient communication
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Collecting payments and reviewing outstanding balances
• Confirming appointments and helping reduce cancellations and open schedule time
• Maintaining accurate patient information and front-office documentation
• Communicating closely with doctors, assistants, and management
• Helping create a smooth patient experience from consultation through treatment completion

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

• Experienced in a dental front office – minimum 1 year required
• Experienced in treatment coordination or treatment presentation preferred
• Comfortable discussing larger treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Confident following up with patients by phone, text, and email
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward scheduling and production goals
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate with patients
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Reliable and consistent with attendance and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced dental office
• Able to take initiative and solve problems
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
