Collections Agent
RPM Auto Sales
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Collections Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers. Pay depends on experience.
Responsibilities:
Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
Receive and post payment to customers account
Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
Keep records and status of customers account
Balance drawer at end of shift
Qualifications:
Computer knowledge is a must
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
