Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Mon-Fri Schedule

Career Growth Opportunities

Manage weekly accounting transactions and bookkeeping for our logistics entity

Assist with month-end close for our Mexico entity

Review and process credit card expense reports

Obtain and manage sales tax exemptions across multiple states

Support special projects and business needs as they arise this role wears multiple hats

Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion across all departments, as the role involves handling sensitive accounting operations and financial information for the company

Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency.

Currently pursuing or planning to pursue an accounting degree

Proficient in Excel you use it comfortably, not just occasionally

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Spanish language skills are a plus

Strong communicator flexible schedule works both ways

Self-motivated, reliable, and genuinely curious about how businesses operate

Must be able to sit for long periods of time
