The RSM is accountable for delivering consistent results against revenue, margin, and pipeline targets by instilling disciplined sales execution and rigorous performance management. This role requires a leader who can translate strategy into action by setting clear expectations, inspecting progress, and taking decisive action to address gaps. The role also partners closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, incorporate field feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience. Success in this position requires a data-driven leader who can translate strategy into action, lead through change, and build/maintain a high-performance culture.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of cultivation BDOsParticipate in sales calls (both in-person and virtual) to observe, support and provide post-call feedbackDrive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and resultsConduct regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, and deal coaching sessionsIdentify performance gaps and take decisive action to improve outcomesExecute regional sales strategy aligned to company objectives and revenue targetsDrive performance across portfolio growthEnsure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilizationMonitor key performance metrics and act as neededPartner with internal teams (marketing, product, underwriting) to drive growth initiativesCollaborate with channel partners and enterprise stakeholders (e.g., UPS sales teams) to expand opportunitiesHire, onboard, and develop top sales talentBuild succession plansDrive engagement through consistent communication, recognition, and leadership visibilityRequirementsBachelor's Degree or International equivalentHold a valid property & casualty insurance licenseBackground in financial services, insurance, or risk-based products3+ years of sales experience (must include experience as a BDO)Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing on goalsStrong knowledge of both acquisition and cultivation modelsExperience with forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision makingStrong communication and presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and analytics platform (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan)Compensation & BenefitsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,900/year to $134,520/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position.
