Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow business within an assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue, developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence through direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment, enjoys prospecting, and has experience building relationships with distributors, contractors, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through new business development and existing account management.
• Prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with distribution partners on joint sales calls, customer visits, and territory development.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales pipelines, track activity through CRM, and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Travel throughout the assigned region to meet customers and support sales initiatives.
• Work independently to achieve sales targets and territory objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, outside sales, or business development.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and consistently generate new business.
• Willingness to travel regularly within an assigned region.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, building products, or related industries.
• Background selling through wholesale distribution or contractor networks.
• Experience conducting field sales training or product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
