We've teamed up with a Global, PE-backed Manufacturing organization looking to add a key business partner to its internal team! This role provides a unique blend of exposure where the new hire will collaborate with Business Unit leaders, the Plant Manager, and operational supervisors in driving forward-thinking business decisions through well-maintained accounting systems and procedures, rather than just performing traditional Plant Accounting tasks. Our client has an established reputation for promoting from within, and this individual will even report to the person who previously held the position. Responsibilities Cost Accounting & Inventory Management for assigned Americas Manufacturing Plants Manage all General Accounting activities, including quarterly SOX testing and year-end audit Financial Analysis and Business Partnership to review financial performance and metrics Participate in special projects and initiatives at the Regional Controller's guidance Qualifications Previous work in an SAP environment or within a relatable ERP system Strong Technical Accounting skillset and analytical mindset Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Postgraduate degree preferred, but not required 3+ years of work experience, including a relevant Manufacturing background #J-18808-Ljbffr
