Client Service Manager

Our Client Service professionals are the cornerstone of our client relationships. They build strong relationships, work cross-functionally within the organization to elevate our services, discover new ways to solve business problems, and leverage their skills and knowledge to provide clients with a meaningful point-of-view. Key responsibilities include: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance throughout the research process Identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development to win new projects Oversee and, as needed, directly manage custom market research projects, including design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and delivery Consult with clients and project teams on analysis and reporting, translating research findings into clear business insights and recommendations Elevate client deliverables through strong data storytelling, writing, visualization, and strategic thinking Mentor and develop staff to strengthen research, consulting, and client-interaction skills while ensuring high-quality, timely work Stay current on emerging research techniques, industry trends, AI tools, and analytical approaches, incorporating relevant advancements into our offerings Monitor and improve financial performance at the project and account levels Requirements: At least 10 years of vendor-side experience managing custom market research projects from start to finish and building strong client relationships Proven experience designing and managing custom research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies Familiarity with advanced analytical methodologies, including conjoint, TURF, MaxDiff, segmentation, and key driver analysis Demonstrated ability to interpret large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data and translate findings into clear implications and actionable recommendations Expertise in data storytelling, including structuring complex information, selecting effective visualizations, and creating clear, compelling reports Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong leadership and management skills across people, projects, and clients, including the ability to motivate teams, support individual growth, and deliver high-quality results Strategic, creative, and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and comfort collaborating through Microsoft Teams Proficiency with AI and data analysis tools is a plus Ability to travel Candidates must be lawfully and fully (without restriction) employable in the United States either by citizenship or authorization from the Department of Homeland Security and the Labor Department.
