Accounts Payable Coordinator Location: Maryland (Based in Odenton MD) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands-on and reliable to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager. Primary Roles & Responsibilities Receive, review, code and enter invoices and check requests into Sage Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information Assist the Accounting Operations Requirements, Experience & Education Office Administration; 3 years (preferred) Strong familiarity with Excel required Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry Associate's degree or some college business courses Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills Ability to pay attention to detail, and understand the need for accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.
