Associate Territory Manager RT

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is an entry‑level sales role at Bioventus that supports our Exogen business by engaging customers and patients. The ATM reports to the Regional Director of Sales and works alongside a tenured Territory Manager to promote Exogen, answer clinical questions, and help patients use the product. Responsibilities Execute the regional business plan in the assigned territory to achieve the Exogen sales quota of the quota‑bearing representative. Conduct account research, call planning, cold calling, qualify leads, follow up, and sell to existing accounts. Expand current portfolio opportunities within high‑volume territories; distinguish from the Territory Manager’s role of acquiring new competitive accounts. Assist patients with proper use of Exogen to maximize treatment efficacy. Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products. Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinics on the proper use of the prescribed product. Adhere to marketing promotional guidelines and sample‑control processes, including compliance regulations and approved indications. Stay current with company communications via digital tools, voicemail, conference calls, and live meetings. Complete all required training and administrative tasks on or before deadlines. Maintain account profiles and assigned fan‑out funnels as required. Hold oneself and others accountable for compliance with Bioventus code of compliance, ethics, policies, and internal controls. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 4‑year college degree, preferably in sports medicine, life science or a commercial discipline. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with deadlines, adapt to frequent assignment changes, and manage a heavy workload amid dynamic growth. Preferred experience in a B2B sales role with demonstrated results. Experience in a clinical setting is a distinct advantage, as is a passion for orthopedics and improving patients’ lives. Drive to succeed and achieve results. Strong work ethic, self‑starter, with a professional and friendly attitude. Interest in orthobiologics and/or sports medicine preferred.
