Business Development Manager - Licensing (Biologics / Antibody Assets)

Role Overview We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Licensing to join a leading biotech organization based in the United States. Key Duties and Responsibilities Drive the identification, development, and execution of external licensing, co‑development, and strategic partnership opportunities to support corporate growth. Lead analysis, preparation, and presentation of business cases for prioritized opportunities, including assessments of key assumptions and risks for management review. Initiate and lead cross‑functional due diligence, including coordination with R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, operational, and finance teams, often serving as the primary BD contact. Oversee all aspects of business development transactions, including proposal development, negotiations, deal closing, and alliance management. Contribute to refining the overall licensing and strategic growth roadmap aligned with company goals. Role Requirements A degree or higher level in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or a related biomedical science field. Proven experience in antibody drug discovery, target validation, and evaluating biological data for therapeutic licensing narratives. Fluency in Mandarin and English to effectively bridge global R&D and business communication channels. Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on aligning scientific capabilities with partner pipeline needs.
