Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead large-scale global security and infrastructure deployment programs across multiple sites and regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects involving physical security, IT infrastructure, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
- Proven success delivering global, multi-site security or infrastructure rollout projects across multiple locations.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong experience with project governance, stage-gate methodology, procurement, and RFP processes.
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Expertise in project budgeting, including CapEx, OpEx, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical plant environments.
- Knowledge of contractor safety programs, plant turnarounds, and operational planning.
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives such as CFATS, ISO 27001, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Strong skills in risk management, change management, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams across multiple time zones.
- Willingness to travel as required.
