• Engage in outside sales activities to prospect and acquire new clients through community outreach, networking, and telemarketing efforts
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, including property casualty, health, and commercial insurance policies
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices to ensure ethical sales practices
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads in diverse markets

• Property & casualty license preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Familiarity with sales tools, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to foster long-term client relationships
