THREE BEANS CAFE

NOW HIRING | FLOOR HOST

Part-Time | $18/Hour | Friday & Saturday's

Location: Old Town Scottsdale, AZ

WHO WE ARE

At Three Beans Café, we're first and foremost about creating a great vibe—and that starts with our people.

We're an all-day coffee and cocktail concept celebrating all things coffee, from traditional espresso beverages to our signature espresso martinis and other coffee-inspired cocktails. Open daily from 10 AM until late, we bring the same energy, hospitality, and personality to everything we do. After all, it's never too early for a cocktail and never too late for a coffee.

We're lovers of great music, good company, and an atmosphere that feels uniquely our own. Our space has its own character, and so does our team. We encourage individuality, genuine connections, and a style of hospitality that makes every guest feel like they're part of something special.

Great people. Great music. Great coffee. Great cocktails. And above all, a great vibe.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven Floor Host to join our team on our busiest nights.

This position is all about creating an exceptional guest experience. You'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, the person keeping the floor moving smoothly, and the final impression guests have before leaving.

We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys people, pays attention to the little things, and understands that great hospitality goes beyond simply taking orders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome & Engage: Greet arriving guests, help them feel comfortable, and introduce new guests to our concept and menus.
• Host the Floor: Maintain an inviting, clean, organized environment by clearing and resetting tables and staying attentive to guest needs.
• Support Service: Run drinks, assist bartenders and other team members, and help keep service flowing during high-volume nights.
• Cashiering: Assist with transactions and point-of-sale operations as needed.
• Guest Farewells: Acknowledge departing guests with a genuine thank-you and a welcoming invitation to return.
• Own the Experience: Stay engaged with the room, anticipate guests' needs, and contribute to the atmosphere that makes Three Beans special.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is:

• Naturally friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests
• Energetic and comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
• A team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences

Hospitality experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and a genuine appreciation for people matter most.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Position: Part-Time

Schedule: Friday and Saturday evenings, with occasional weekday shifts

Shift Length: Approximately 5–6 hours per shift

Environment: High-volume evenings in a lively coffee and cocktail lounge
