Jubilation is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Utility / Prep / Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations. This role plays an important part in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently while assisting with basic food preparation, dishwashing, stocking, and other kitchen support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and understands that behind-the-scenes support is an important part of delivering an excellent dining experience to our members and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen area.
• Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the kitchen team.
• Prepare, portion, wash, peel, chop, or otherwise assist with ingredients as assigned.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with clean dishes, supplies, and other necessary items.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away food and kitchen supplies.
• Keep work areas, equipment, floors, and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout each shift.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain appropriate disposal areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with other duties as needed to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene and comply with department dress and uniform standards.
• Attend required training and education sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, Dining Manager, Executive Chef, or General Manager.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and move throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
• Lift and carry supplies, dishes, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Work around heat, water, cleaning products, kitchen equipment, and other typical kitchen conditions.
• Perform repetitive tasks associated with dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and food preparation.
