Youth Wraparound Case Manager: Special Projects

Harris County is seeking a Special Projects Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management to foster youths and young adults in Houston. This full-time role involves supporting clients' transition to self-sufficiency through various programs and services, including education and housing stability. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of case management experience.
