We are seeking a Print Estimator / MIS Data Entry Specialist with strong EFI Pace experience to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in Albany, NY. This is a critical production support role — ensuring pricing accuracy, optimizing job workflows, and supporting timely delivery of complex, high-volume printing projects. If you thrive on precision, efficiency, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Summary The primary function of the Estimator is to provide accurate and timely job estimates using EFI Pace. You will play a key role in job costing, MIS data entry, and quote generation for digital, offset, web press, fulfillment, and mailing projects. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of complex, multi-product, multi-quantity estimating scenarios. Preference will be given to applicants with direct Pace experience, although candidates familiar with other modern cost-plus Print MIS platforms are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed, accurate quotes for a wide variety of print and mailing projects. Enter and maintain job costing data in EFI Pace. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production teams to refine and streamline estimating workflows. Analyze historical job costing data to support process improvements and pricing optimization. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure estimates align with production capabilities and profitability targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of press, finishing, and fulfillment equipment capabilities. Additional Qualifications & Skills EFI Pace Estimating experience and/or knowledge of other Print MIS platforms (e.g., PrintVis, Avanti, Monarch) is a plus. Strong knowledge of digital, web, and offset printing processes, including materials, labor standards, and fulfillment workflows. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office 365, especially Excel for data handling and reporting. Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-based environment.
