Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments tailored to individual client strengths and needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of each student’s unique situation.

• Independently create effective treatment plans that include clear, measurable goals and tailored intervention strategies to guide the therapeutic process.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating personal development and interpersonal skills among students.

• Implement and evaluate intervention strategies, continually monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary to achieve client growth.

• Maintain minimal yet essential documentation, including an initial intake note and treatment plan, alongside concise progress notes after each session to track client development.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of students, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n
