Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via online platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Provide crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute emotional distress, assessing their immediate needs, and making referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing case management software to document sessions and track progress.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills and ensure the provision of the highest quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
