Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Creative Director. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's creative output, including graphic design, branding, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of designers and creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Oversee the development of visual branding, marketing materials, and other creative assets for the company Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all creative projects Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's creative output Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work Provide guidance and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns and strategies to promote the company's services and brand Monitor and analyze the performance of creative projects and make recommendations for improvement as needed Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of creative services Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's overall creative vision and strategy Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a construction or industrial services industry Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and campaigns Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Knowledge of current design and marketing trends Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency Experience with video production and animation is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr M&D Mechanical Contractors
