Town and Country Resort is a 23-acre California icon in bustling Mission Valley, blending mid-century style with modern SoCal energy. With 671 renovated guestrooms and suites, multiple dining outlets-including ARLO, Lapper, Lap It Up, and The MRKT-plus 295,050 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space and a sprawling pool complex featuring three pools, a waterslide, cabanas, and fire pits, we're built for both everyday escapes and large-scale gatherings. Responsibilities

  Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service from open to close.

  Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

  Manage floor coverage, service flow, and staffing adjustments during busy meal periods, events, and game days.

  Train new and existing team members on service standards, menu knowledge, policies, and guest interaction.

  Monitor food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards.

Qualifications

  2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment.

  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and set a positive tone.

  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
