This is a full-time remote position focused on providing essential support to children and families in our detox center setting. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and monitoring outcomes to ensure optimal developmental support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children enrolled in our programs.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), establishing measurable goals tailored to each child's unique context.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and specialists, to monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
\n
• Provide coaching and support to families, enriching their understanding of child development and how best to facilitate their child’s growth.
\n
• Engage effectively with children and their families by building trusting relationships that encourage a positive experience.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment approaches to foster developmental skills in children.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations relating to child welfare and family services.
\n
• Document all activities meticulously and maintain accurate records that uphold standards for health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will focus primarily on young children, including infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will be working with families from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique dynamics, and addressing their needs through tailored interventions. Our holistic approach focuses on nurturing the emotional and psychological well-being of both the child and their family while promoting a constructive, supportive environment during the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A valid driver's license for travel to various locations as required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
