Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials for school settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Comfortable delivering assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities through standardized assessments and informal procedures
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals
• Deliver both direct and consultative services to promote academic and social success
• Support students across a spectrum of speech and language disorders, ranging from articulation to pragmatic language needs
