Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing advanced evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions as per client requirements, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in treatment delivery.

• Stay current with legislation, practice policies, and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain the integrity of our therapy practices.

• Perform timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing our specialized electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and treatment efficacy effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, approach cases holistically, and ensure comprehensive support to our patients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
