Start Date: 08/10/2026

Schedule: Mon-Thu (8 or 10-hour shifts), Fridays (Emergencies only), with overnight and weekend call rotation

Shift: 8 or 10 hours (07:00 - 15:30 or as arranged)

Hours/Week: 40+ hours

Employment Type: Contract (Ongoing)

License/Certs: MN state RN license and CRNA certification needed

Experience: Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience, strong OB experience required, VBAC/TOLAC experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Perform anesthesia procedures for general and OB cases, including VBAC/TOLAC, epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal, and peripheral blocks
• Provide supervised care at Owatonna and unsupervised care at Faribault with MD support available as needed
• Manage adult and pediatric patients across diverse settings
• Support emergency and elective procedures, including C-sections and other surgeries
• Respond promptly to beeper-call requirements within 30 minutes, including overnight and weekend shifts
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and procedural standards

What You Need

• MN RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of CRNA experience, including OB and TOLAC/VBAC procedures
• Ability to handle weekend and PM call rotations (beeper call with 30-minute response time)
• Experience with epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal, and peripheral anesthesia procedures

• Strong OB background with experience in TOLAC/VBAC
• Comfort with supervised and unsupervised clinical models
• Ability to work independently at Faribault under unsupervised conditions
