Honda Federal Credit Union seeks a Credit Union Collections Specialist to manage delinquent consumer loans and credit cards while supporting member financial well-being. In this member-focused role, you’ll conduct professional, empathetic collection calls, negotiate repayment plans, and document all activity accurately. You’ll review accounts for workout options, recommend charge-offs when appropriate, and ensure strict compliance with FDCPA and credit union policies. Working in a collaborative, service-oriented culture, you’ll partner with lending and member services teams and educate members on budgeting and financial wellness resources.
