Position The Office Recruiter will operate as an individual contributor, responsible for recruiting personnel across domestic and international locations. They will source, evaluate, and place high‑quality candidates while executing end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes. The role requires a track record of success, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Deep understanding of the organization’s plans and priorities to craft and implement talent acquisition strategies. Use workforce planning and staff forecasting to inform recruiting activities and timelines. Keep management informed of recruiting progress. Source candidates to fill priority roles. Collaborate with hiring managers, including pre‑award areas, to understand hiring needs. Identify improvement areas and execute improvement actions. Create and deliver Excel‑based reports. Determine when and if to engage third‑party resources. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates using databases, recruitment tools, and other channels. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives. Screen candidate resumes and applications. Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicant skills, knowledge, and fit with organizational culture. Onboard new employees, ensuring full integration into the organization. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience. Prior experience successfully sourcing high‑quality candidates in a construction or engineering environment. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment; candidate is proactive, not reactive. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical thinker comfortable working with data and Excel. Strategic thinker and hands‑on executor. Capable of working with ambiguity and change, solving challenges through innovation. Experience with HR systems and tools such as ATS and HRIS. Abilities Exposure to computer screens for an extended period. Sitting for extended periods. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Finger dexterity to manipulate objects, such as using a keyboard. Listen to and understand information presented verbally. Communicate information verbally so others understand. Read and understand information presented in writing. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce logical solutions.
