Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to join a Federal Program located in Tyson's Corner, VA. The HR Generalist will perform general HR responsibilities including working closely with the Senior Compensation Administrator to analyze compensation structures. Responsibilities of the HR Generalist: Lead and support the comprehensive overhaul of the organization’s compensation structure, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market benchmarks Perform extensive spreadsheet review, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data Conduct compensation range analysis and related quantitative evaluations to support pay structure design and decision-making Collaborate closely with the Senior Compensation Administrator to support ongoing compensation initiatives, analysis, and reporting Qualifications of the HR Generalist: Some HR Experience (2-3 years) Bachelor's Degree required Microsoft Excel Experience required Costpoint or UKG experience is a plus Compensation for the HR Generalist: Salary Range: $55,000+ *flexible based on experience* Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Sick Leave as required by law Flexible working schedule Unlimited opportunities for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
