Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
