In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather scheduling needs, preferences, and planning details. This role focuses on scheduling operations, workflow organization, and maintaining accurate systems in a flexible remote environment. The structure is designed to be clear, repeatable, and easy to follow.

No prior experience is required. Step-by-step onboarding and training are provided.
