Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions for adult clients via live video conferencing, utilizing an array of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address multifaceted mental health challenges.

• Leverage automated tools and assessments to monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and ensure clients are on track to meet their mental health goals.

• Participate in team consultations, sharing insights and seeking support as required to enhance treatment efficacy and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sanfield Group Family Counseling, you will primarily serve adult clients, many of whom may represent higher-risk populations. Our clients present with a diverse range of mental health disorders, requiring counselors to be adaptable and responsive to different therapeutic modalities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with an active license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 1-year experience as an independently licensed therapist offering mental health services.

• Strong commitment to treating a wide variety of populations and mental health issues, displaying cultural awareness and sensitivity in all interactions.

• Proficiency with digital communication tools and a willingness to integrate technology into clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience delivering cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges.
