Responsibilities
- Lead strategist for delivering year-over-year philanthropic revenue growth
- Embed a culture of philanthropy and stewardship
- Engage staff and the Board in philanthropy
- Direct all revenue generating enterprises
- Implement strategies to grow strategic partnerships
- Support network-wide fundraising capacity building
- Oversee revenue management, analytics, donor stewardship
Requirements
- Visionary, metrics-driven fundraiser
- Proven track record building transformational relationships
- Fundraising experience with multi-million partnerships
- Experience in a complex, networked environment
- Experience cultivating transformational principal gifts
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into a case for support
- Effective leadership in active listening and relationship building
