CoWorx is seeking a Contracts Assistant in the Mansfield, MA area! The Contracts Assistant will report directly to the Associate Contracts Manager and Contracts Lead. This position is part of the Sales Operations team and has responsibility with all aspects related to customer and vendor contracts. 4-6 month contract. This role will be a hybrid position that will require ability to work in the Mansfield, MA plant location as needed and can work remotely as directed.

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare contract templates from beginning to execution. Will include supply agreements, development or service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendation on contractual terms and provisions.
• Act as liaison between internal departments and external customers.
• Ensure proper storage/retention of executed contracts/amendments.
• Input activities within the Salesforce database as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Experience with office administration and/or paralegal/legal assistant preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Ability to quickly process and synthesize data and information (internal & external).
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Mass mailing skills is preferred.
