Chef Manager

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for the Church Home in Fort Valley, GA. Church Home, a Lifespring Community, is a warm and friendly senior community set on a beautifully landscaped property. Celebrating over 80 years of not-for-profit service and excellence in Middle Georgia. The Chef Manager will be a hands‑on, working chef. The right person for this role loves to be side by side with the team making quality dishes for the residents on a daily basis. You will provide culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. What You'll Do Coordinate and implement the culinary function on a daily basis Be responsible for all food production, catering, and retail management experience Train and direct the cooks and dietary team daily Inventory management, online ordering Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
