Front of House ManagerA Taste of Britain503 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA Part Time • Hourly ($25.00) Expires: Sep 21, 2026Three Days Per Week | Daytime HoursA Taste of Britain is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven professional to lead our dining room and front-of-house team three days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys restaurant hospitality, would enjoy working with a strong team, and understands the details that distinguish an ordinary meal from an exceptional guest experience.Our restaurant service hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering the rare opportunity to work in hospitality without late nights.ResponsibilitiesLead the dining room team throughout service.Maintain polished, attentive, and gracious service standards.Direct and support servers, hosts, and bussers.Manage the flow of the dining room and respond to changing service needs.Coach team members in real time and hold them accountable to established standards.Work closely with the kitchen and other managers to ensure smooth service.Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain dining room readiness, cleanliness, organization, and presentation.Help create memorable experiences that surprise and delight our guests.Our Ideal CandidateHas previous restaurant management or front-of-house leadership experience.Ideally has experience in fine dining, upscale casual dining, luxury hospitality, or another highly service-oriented environment.Demonstrates a warm, confident, and professional presence.Notices details and anticipates the needs of both guests and employees.Remains calm, organized, and decisive during busy service periods.Is comfortable coaching employees and maintaining accountability.Leads from the dining room floor and enjoys being actively involved in service.Is available to work three consistent days per week, including weekend availability as needed.About A Taste of BritainFor more than 35 years, A Taste of Britain has welcomed guests for Afternoon Tea, lunch, celebrations, and memorable experiences.
