Part-time Remote Employee Health Nurse

Job Description

Coordinate and participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the employee health program under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer and in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Educator-Employee Health Coordinator & Infection Control Coordinator. Engage in activities related to employee return to work following injuries and contribute to safety program development.

Responsibilities

• Review health forms to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Verify vaccinations and immunizations as part of the employee health program.
• Review and evaluate TB test results.
• Coordinate and schedule activities associated with the employee health program.

Essential Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Experience in Employee Health/Occupational Health or Infectious Disease Control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of infection control and infectious diseases.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote positions, but may be available for the first week to come onsite to either the Brookfield or Milwaukee location to complete onboarding. Employees must provide weekly availability to their team and are expected to work approximately 20 hours each week, but have autonomy to create their own schedule.

This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
