License/Certs: CRCST or CSPDT required

Experience: Minimum 3 years at hospital level I or II; experience with CensiTrac system and sterilization equipment (Sterilizer, Sterrad, Ultrasonic CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)

Pay & Benefits

Pay rate: $30.15/hour

What You'll Do

Prepare, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment
Operate sterilizers, sterilization wraps, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment
Maintain sterilization records using CensiTrac system
Follow infection control standards and safety protocols
Ensure proper handling and inventory of surgical instruments
Support team in emergency or relief situations as assigned
Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on sterilization equipment

What You Need

Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
At least 3 years of hospital-level sterilization experience
Proficiency with CensiTrac system and sterilization machinery
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
