Hourly Pay Rate: $30.15

What You'll Do

Perform sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments using sterilizers, Sterrad, Ultrasonic, and other specialized equipment
Manage CensiTrac system for tracking instruments and supplies
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
Assist with maintaining sterilization logs and infection control documentation
Ensure all surgical tools are ready and available for upcoming procedures
Support surgical teams by ensuring sterile environment standards are met
Follow all hospital policies related to sterilization and safety procedures

What You Need Required:

Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
Minimum of 3 years of hospital experience at Level I or II
Experience with CensiTrac system
Proficiency with sterilizer, Sterrad, Ultrasonic equipment
Ability to work 8-hour day shift, starting on 08/24/2026

Preferred:

Experience working in surgical services
Strong attention to detail and safety standards
Excellent organizational skills
