Service Advisor Position At HoneyCar Roanoke HoneyCar Roanoke is seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our service team. As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact between the customer and the service department. You will guide customers through the entire service experiencefrom check-in to vehicle deliverywhile ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your ability to communicate, organize, and build trust directly impacts both customer experience and department success. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, friendly service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Write and manage repair orders with attention to detail Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and pricing Communicate with technicians to monitor vehicle progress Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process Upsell maintenance and recommended services ethically and effectively Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction Maintain strong communication with service team and management Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Automotive service advisor experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems Valid driver's license required Compensation $50,000 $100,000 annually based on performance Base pay plus commission structure Earnings tied to productivity, customer satisfaction, and service sales Schedule Full-time position 5-day work week Closed Sundays Benefits 401(k) Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance Paid training Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within HoneyCar Why HoneyCar?
