Overview

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate for a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with a stable and growing organization in Woodinville. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in warehouse operations, production, material handling, or logistics. No prior warehouse experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

You'll begin in warehouse operations and be cross-trained in additional areas, including forklift operation, machine operation, shipping and receiving, and saw cutting. This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term growth with a company that invests in employee development.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and material handling duties in a fast-paced production environment

• Pick, pack, move, and organize materials and inventory

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Learn to operate forklifts, side loaders, saws, and other warehouse equipment

• Measure and cut materials using provided tools and equipment

• Handle metal products including pipe, tube, rod, sheet, plate, fittings, and extrusions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities

• Meet daily production and quality expectations

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Basic computer skills

• Detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a production or warehouse environment

• Willingness to be trained on equipment and processes

• Ability to learn how to read a tape measure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse worker, warehouse associate, material handler, packer, or general labor experience

• Forklift experience

• Shipping and receiving experience

• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
