ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Sylvia Nye - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Take payments, order supplies, admin work.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

What days and hours?
Monday-Friday 9-6
Monday-Friday 12-6 (part-time)
