Office Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings using office calendar systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with basic administrative duties including data entry and filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
