Job Description

Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care. Implement physicians orders, administer medications, and manage complex clinical equipment. Provide patient and family education, ensuring understanding of care plans and treatments. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably within a Progressive Care Unit
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for acutely ill patients
• Strong understanding of PCU protocols and evidence-based practice
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certification required

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
