Become a part of our caring community The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 supports Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Perform computations. Typically work on semi-routine assignments. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing. Follow standard practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Active and current Florida State Registered Pharmacy Technician license Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for 10 hours Trains and uses mobile equipment, lifts employees on mobile equipment. Desired Qualifications National Pharmacy Technician Certification, ExCPT or PTCB Specialty pharmacy experience Retail pharmacy experience Hours Current hours of operation: Monday through Thursday 6:30am to 6:00pm and Friday 7am to 4pm Schedule will be : Mon-Thursday 9:30-6pm and Fridays 7-3:30 Location Position is onsite at 11010 Florida Crown Dr Ste 200, Orlando, FL 32824 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
