RN Clinical Supervisor managing staff of 15, Full-time w/ benefits

Job Description Private ENT practice searching for an enthusiastic and qualified RN supervisor to oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic (approximately 15 clinical staff). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties Developing policy and procedures to deliver the most desirable patient care Performing the hiring, training and performance evaluation of clinical staff members Communicating with healthcare professionals and patients about their treatment plans Managing the OSHA/biohazard program Work with administration and medical practitioners to assure quality patient care Oversee the budget and inventory for the clinical department Qualifications: Licensure as a RN in the state of Florida Previous experience in a leadership role preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Proficient in using electronic health record systems Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively As a Clinic Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role alongside a team of experienced managers to support you as you direct the clinical staff of our healthcare facility.
