Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid WA Occupational Therapist license (OT)
• ESA certification required
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
• Background supporting students in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students, tailored to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop measurable goals in collaboration with families and educators
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies within classroom environments
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to state and district requirements
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and parent conferences
• Travel between locations within the district as required
